You directly provide Western Medical Services with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

• Register online or place an order for any of our services.

• Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.

How do we store your data?

Western Medical Services stores your data in a secure web server and will keep its own back up copy. This is stored upon a secure drive, with single point access and requires director approval for access. Additionally we may store your information on paper at our office but this will be limited resourcing, payroll, training and compliance. When in paper form, this will be stored in a locked filing cabinet when not in use, with limited access. 

Western Medical Services will keep your Personal identification, Company name, company contact details, company address and account details for 12 months following the completion of our services. Once this time has expired, we will delete your data by deleting in its entirety all details listed above from our database.
